About the course

In this short course, Dr. Jennifer Sarrett explores how employers, leaders, and colleagues can better support neurodivergent team members through inclusive practices and culture change. Grounded in research and real-world insights, the course covers the challenges neurodivergent individuals face in hiring and workplace culture, and offers actionable strategies for improving equity—from accommodations and flexible interviewing to inclusive leadership and organizational design. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to create environments that value difference, reduce barriers, and support thriving across teams.
